Late last year SK+G commissioned Scott Frances for 24 days to capture images of the City Center project in Las Vegas. Scott and his production team at The New Cruelty, had unprecedented access to this location and captured the amazing images below. Andrew Frasz , one of Scott’s many talented assistants, created this amazing time lapse video from images shot on location.
