Braschler/Fischer were commissioned by Swiss Re, the worlds second largest reinsurance company, to capture a vast portrait library of people that have been positively impacted by the company’s global endeavors. Within 5 months, the husband-wife photo team had traveled to 14 countries, shooting portraits of individuals, families, and firms, all beneficiaries in some way of the company’s insurance business. The images were compiled into a traveling exhibition that is currently making its way to 14 cities around the world. More images from the series below the fold.
