The Visuelt Awards are hosted by Grafill – The Norwegian Organization for Visual Communication, a non-profit organization for graphic designers, illustrators, animators, cartoonists and interactive designers working within visual communication in Norway.
Peter’s Impressionist-inspired bouquet series for the Spring/Summer 2014 Christian Louboutin campaign was featured in the Fashion section of this year’s Lürzer’s International Archive.

We are pleased to announce that three VAUGHAN HANNIGAN photographers were included in the 55th Communication Arts Photography Annual Awards. An image Erik Almås shot for Dassault Systémes was chosen for their “Best in Advertising” section. Work by Martin Schoeller from two different stories, Michael Douglas for NY Magazine and Sonny Rollins for Men’s Journal, were included in the “Editorial” category. Mark Zibert’s images for the AD Color Awards were selected in the “Self-Promotion” category. In November 2013, Julia, teaming up with More Magazine, created images that explore the connection between domestic violence and chronic illness, highlighting recent scientific research and interviews with both medical experts and survivors of violence. These images were recently selected for an honorable mention in this year’s Dart Awards.
We are pleased to announce that a series, titled “Blind,” by VAUGHAN HANNIGAN photographer, Julia Fullerton-Batten, was selected as “Best in Book” for Creative Review’s 2013 Photo annual. Two additional sets of her images, Tokyo and A Testament to Love, were also selected for the Personal/Non Published category. A photo from her Blind series was selected to appear on the cover of the December 2013 issue.
Congratulations to both Erik Almås and Julia Fullerton-Batten who both won this year’s Taylor Wessing Portrait Prize. Their winning photos are hanging at the National Portrait Gallery in London now and will be up until February 9th, 2014.
